Jason Clark specialises managing workplace misconduct relying on his 25 years of experience working as a leader and workplace investigator in the military, industrial, and corporate sectors. Jason is passionate about assisting workplaces develop strategies to foster a positive and safe workplace culture.
Pragmatic and responsive, Jason is acutely aware of the impact employee misconduct and cultural dysfunction has on the workplace and employs a trauma-informed, forensic approach when managing matters for employers in the public, private, and not for profit sectors.
Experience
Jason shares leadership of Worklogic with Jodie Fox and also leads the Sydney team. He is a member of the Australasian Association of Workplace Investigators, Australian Institute of Corporate Directors, and the Australian Human Resource Institute.
Jason is co-author of Workplace Investigations (3rd Edition), the definitive guide to conducting workplace investigations, published by Wolters Kluwer in 2020, and is sought after to speak on a range of topics about managing employee behaviour and resolving workplace dysfunction, around Australia and overseas.
