What Our Clients Say

I highly recommend Worklogic and Grevis Beard to employers or anyone else looking to carry out an external investigation process. Our matter was complex and involved a number of senior stakeholders. Grevis was thorough, professional and, where appropriate, empathetic. He produced a report which was easily digestible and included sound recommendations, based on his many years of experience, on the way forward. Grevis was always a pleasure to deal with, often making himself available at short notice and at odd hours (in line with our needs).

Worklogic were appointed by Sutton Tools to investigate a complex workplace complaint. We were extremely impressed with the quality and thoroughness of the investigation which was reflected in the detailed findings report. Worklogic took a consistent and unbiased approach to the situation that reflected their understanding of our Human Resources and business culture. The Worklogic team operated with integrity and consideration for all parties, taking the pain out of a very challenging situation. The timely manner in which the investigation was carried out allowed us to resolve the complaint and move forward with minimal impact on our business. Sutton Tools has no hesitation in recommending Worklogic as a highly professional and cost-effective service.

Worklogic was engaged to develop and facilitate our ‘Creating a Fair and Ethical Workplace’ workshops. These workshops were designed so that our staff could better understand their obligations in relation to equal opportunity, anti-discrimination, human rights, privacy, freedom of information, conflict of interest and various other department policies. This sounds like it could be a very dry workshop! However Worklogic designed a workshop that was fast paced, fun and interesting, with case studies that generate thought and great discussion across the room. Participant feedback is consistently high, with Rose Bryant-Smith and Grevis Beard rating as two of our most engaging facilitators. I highly recommend Grevis and Rose and have found them great to deal with and flexible with their approach. As a result, we are now engaging them for more customised workshops, working with teams to ensure a culture of fairness and respect.

The training session was fun, informative and stimulating. Worklogic’s expertise in dealing with difficult people issues really shines through. It was great to have presenters with legal nous and deep understanding of workplace dynamics and what makes people tick. Due to popular demand, we have invited Worklogic back.

Worklogic provided JOY 94.9 with human resources and strategic advice over a 3 month period. In all of our dealings with Worklogic, we found them to be professional, understanding and sensitive to the issues we were dealing with and the confidentiality surrounding these. This approach also carried over in to the subsequent investigations and reporting that Worklogic undertook for JOY 94.9, and their managerial and governance support. Worklogic was an excellent resource and provided valuable assistance with some complex and difficult matters.

Worklogic prepared an options paper showing how our organisation could become self-sustaining and self-governing. The work they did provided a framework we could build on as we moved forward. We found Worklogic highly professional and effective – the management team was very impressed.

Leading a workshop as part of our HR and IR focussed conference, Grevis Beard has been a very welcome addition to our conferences on two occasions. Each workshop was a 90 minute interactive scenario based session where participants were provided with a narrative a piece at a time. Grevis was able to create an open and safe space where everyone was able to speak up, put forward an idea, and learn not only from Grevis but also from each other. Feedback regarding his session is always rousing, with participants engaged, intrigued, and learning. We would highly recommend Grevis as a facilitator.
